There are no returns permitted. All sales are final. Please order at your own risk.
You must agree and declare that you are or over the age of 19 and a resident of Canada. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time.
You acknowledge that you have reviewed and are aware of your provinces’ laws and regulations regarding cannabis possession, purchasing, and use, and are solely responsible for anything that you may receive as a result of those laws and regulations. HighClub is not responsible for any tickets or other penalties you may receive for the possession, purchase, or use of cannabis or any cannabis-based products.
Photo ID is required upon request to determine legal age and to protect against fraudulent activities, and can cause orders to be delayed.
If we are out of stock of a certain product, flavour, or strain ordered, we reserve the right to ship a replacement product of equal or greater value, such as a different product/strain or different flavour, without notice, at our discretion.
We ship orders to the address provided by the customer when placing an order and are not liable for any issues related to, but not limited to, any address entry errors. As per Canada Post’s policies, no delivery in progress can be stopped or returned until a delivery attempt is made and refused at the delivery address provided.
Any differences or errors in the Interac E-Transfer question or password can cause order processing delays so we require that you send the Interac E-Transfer with the same information that is provided on your Order Confirmation screen once placing the order, which is also included in your Order Confirmation email sent to your inbox right after placing your order.
If we receive your payment received overnight or in the morning time (we recommend before 12PM EST, though this is not guaranteed as per the note below) on a business day, in almost all cases, your order will be shipped out the same day. * Please note: Due to very high-volume, inventory, or other circumstances out of our control, it could be delayed up to two or more full business days.
As we pack orders after hours on Friday and on the weekend to keep up with the volume of orders, please note that you may receive a notification stating that your order is shipped during those hours, however as Canada Post only picks up and delivers package on business days, your order will actually see updates on the tracking number when Canada Post accepts the package most likely on the next upcoming business day.
There will be some cases where the shipping label has been created at which point you will be provided with your ‘Order Completed’ email notification. If you are only seeing an Electronic Information Submitted update on your tracking page, this means your order was packed after Canada Post has picked up packages at our allotted day, and will most likely be shipped on the next business day when Canada Post arrives to pick up package again.
As per the information provided above, if our orders have been cut-off for the day (which happens at the discretion of our shipping team and can be at any time of the day, usually close to 12PM EST), we do have to wait until we receive notice from our shipping team to process further orders, which can happen near the end of the day if they complete processing the day’s orders in time to process more, or else will be processed the next morning.
Canada Post states that their XpressPost Shipping service usually takes approx. 1-3 business days in Canada, depending on your specific location in Canada. There are rare occasions that it can be a day or so longer, though up to 3 business days is what we see in most cases. Please note: This normal timeline does not include the time it takes to process an order, which itself can take up to a few business days, though it is normally quicker.
We can also offer Canada Post Priority shipping, which usually takes 1-2 business days, for an additional $60.
As Canada Post is a separate entity with their own delivery systems and employees, we cannot guarantee their delivery timelines and provide their tracking information as soon as possible to help you track your delivery at any time.
*During any Canada Post strikes or delays due to strikes, HighClub is not responsible for any delayed delivery timelines and customers can expect longer delivery timelines than normal during these times.
We currently offer Free XpressPost shipping on all orders with a minimum subtotal of $125, including with any discounts applied to the order. Please note: Your subtotal must be a minimum of $125, which includes any discounts applied. If you choose to apply a discount which brings your subtotal below $125, our Free Shipping promo will not be eligible.
We require a signature for every delivery. Please note: As we require signatures for every delivery, we will not take responsibility for any package that is not delivered to the customer, either due to it being lost, stolen, an issue with Canada Post, or for any other reason, if a delivery with no signature is requested and provided to you as per your request, hence we recommend that you keep the signature option as is.
HighClub is not responsible for any delays or issues that arise from technical issues including, but not limited to, issues with Interac E-Transfers, server issues, and other technical issues that may delay our services. We will work with you to correct these issues but please note these issues can take a few business days to resolve.
We work hard to source flowers for great value at HighClub and receive different batches of strains regularly from different suppliers. As a result, flowers will not always look exactly as shown on the product page photo and depending on the batch, can vary in terms of colour and flower size.
